The large new Little General convenience store will open its 18,000 square foot facility in April just east of Columbia. Little General is partnering with Columbia-based Coil Construction on the new project.
It’s being built near busy I-70, at exit 133. Little General says the new facility will have 24 fuel positions, universal Tesla EV charging stations and an onsite kitchen that includes beverage stations, a beer cave and an ice cream counter.

Owner Utsav Patel says Little General will serve I-70 travelers, regional commuters, local residents and the numerous employees who work at nearby industrial businesses.
