CPD’s two-page probable cause statement says Williams does not have a driver’s license and was operating an unregistered vehicle when the crash happened. She allegedly made a left turn from Range Line onto Kennesaw Ridge and pulled in front of Cash, whose motorcycle collided with her vehicle. Her vehicle’s rear passenger tire drove over the top of the motorcycle and Mr. Cash, according to court documents.

Court documents say Williams has had her driving privileges suspended before.
