Missouri’s Probation and Parole Board has revoked the parole for the convicted felon charged with murder for his alleged role in the recent deadly gun battle outside Columbia’s White Castle on Clark Lane.

Boone County prosecutors have charged 24-year-old Antione Lamont Armstrong with second degree murder, armed criminal action and two other felonies for the May 17th shooting death of 56-year-old Louis Hart in the White Castle parking lot. Court documents note Armstrong, a convicted felon who has served prison time, is not allowed to possess firearms.

The Columbia Police Department’s heavily-redacted three-page probable cause statement indicates that Armstong and Hart became involved in a physical disturbance outside White Castle. A witness says Armstrong tried to hit Hart, who then shot Armstong. The witness says Armstrong, while on the ground, shot back at Hart.

In addition to facing the new murder charge, Missouri’s Probation and Parole Board has revoked Armstrong’s parole. He’s currently incarcerated at Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center (FRDC), where he must finish a three-year prison sentence for previous convictions.

Boone County Circuit Judge Kevin Crane has also denied bond for Armstrong in the murder case. Boone County prosecutors have charged Armstrong as a persistent felony offender.
