The Columbia Police Department’s heavily-redacted three-page probable cause statement alleges 29-year-old Octavious Bradshaw put a Glock handgun to his domestic partner’s head and told her he would kill her. The court documents also allege that Bradshaw punched and kicked the woman and then pushed her into a glass door. The victim suffered lacerations to her face, bruising on her chest and a chipped tooth.

Bradshaw is from Lake St. Louis and he’s being held in the Boone County jail without bond. Bradshaw made his initial court appearance on Monday via video.
