Missouri state troopers say one person has been killed and multiple others have been injured in Wednesday afternoon’s two-vehicle crash on Highway 63 near East McComas road near Sturgeon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash involved an ambulance. Our news partner ABC-17, which was on-scene after the crash, reports the incident involved a van and a Linn County ambulance.
The Patrol says first responders were on-scene early Wednesday evening reconstructing the crash.
