A Columbia man who’s served five stints in prison in the past 15 years is jailed without bond, charged with rape, child molestation and three other felonies.
37-year-old Justin Miller will be arraigned in Boone County Circuit Court at 1 this (Friday) afternoon, before Judge Kevin Crane.
Our news partner ABC-17 reports Miller allegedly ran inside the new Culver’s on Bernadette naked Wednesday evening. Culver’s closed an hour early that evening, due to the incident. KMIZ reports Miller also was banging on car doors at Taco Bell’s drive-through, trying to get inside. Other specifics are unclear.
Online court records show a judge found that “no bond amount or conditions exist to protect community or victim.”
