Traffic in Columbia is expected to be heavy Thursday afternoon and evening due to Mizzou football’s season opener at Memorial Stadium. The game, which has been sold out, kicks off that night at 7.

University of Missouri officials say all campus operations, including in-person classes, will continue as normal throughout Thursday.
To accommodate increased traffic, the University is asking Mizzou employees who work on-campus in NON-public-facing roles and who can work remotely to leave campus by noon on Thursday. Mizzou employees will need to receive approval from their supervisor to work remotely on Thursday afternoon.

MU Health Care employees in patient-facing roles and employees in the Veterinary Health Center have to work in-person as normal.
