Missouri state troopers say a Sullivan motorist has been killed in Wednesday morning’s head-on crash on Highway 54 north of Laddonia in Audrain County. The crash happened at about 6:15 am.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened when a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Sullivan man crossed the center of the road and traveled the wrong direction in a roundabout. Two vehicles collided head-on, and the Sullivan man was killed.
State troopers say the other driver, a 43-year-old Vandalia woman, suffered serious injuries.
