Sentencing is scheduled for Monday afternoon in Boone County Circuit Court for two Columbia men who have pleaded guilty to a 2022 murder on McKee Street, which is north of Clark lane in northeast Columbia.
21-year-old Oscar Ashford and 20-year-old Samarion Robins have pleaded guilty to second degree murder and unlawful use of a weapon. With their guilty plea, Ashford and Robins admit to the February 2022 drive-by shooting death of Aubrey Doxley on McKee street, who was struck by gunfire while sleeping in her home.
Judge Jeff Harris will sentence Ashford and Robins Monday at 1:30 pm at the Boone County Courthouse.
