Columbia Police say charges are pending after two men were shot in downtown Columbia early Sunday morning.

Both gunshot victims are in stable condition at a local hospital, according to Columbia Police. CPD says Sunday morning’s incident happened at about 1:30 in the 900 block of East Broadway. A Columbia police officer witnessed the shooting, and multiple agencies responded to the scene. CPD investigators say police took two juvenile males into custody, adding that the investigation is ongoing.
