While no injuries are reported, Columbia Police are investigating two shots fired calls that happened at about 9 o’clock last (Tuesday) night in northeast Columbia.

CPD spokesman Brian McNeill tells 939 the Eagle that evidence of shots fired were found at two locations last night: Godas drive and Valley Creek and Godas drive and Pinehurst. Both areas are just north of busy Clark lane, near the Schnucks grocery store.

Our news partner KMIZ’s Nia Hinson reports police used a K-9 unit and flashlights near Valley Creek, apparently looking for shell casings. Nia also saw a CPD crime scene van at the scene.

Anyone with information on the shots fired incidents can call Columbia Crimestoppers at (573) 875-TIPS.
