The Boone County Office of Emergency Management says Lumen has repaired that fiber break that disrupted 911 and 311 calls.
Both 911 and 311 services have been fully restored, according to Boone County Joint Communications. They also say Lumen has identified and repaired the issue and that preliminary information indicates the disruption may have been caused by vandalism affecting fiber infrastructure.
