A warrant has been issued this morning for the arrest of a mid-Missouri biker who allegedly attacked two men with a hammer in late January on the patio of Columbia’s Black and Gold bar.

Columbia Police and other law enforcement officers are looking for 30-year-old Kurtis William Hoener, who’s already under felony probation according to court documents. CPD’s graphic three-page probable cause statement quotes one of the victims as saying that Hoener identified himself several times that night as a Hell’s Angels motorcycle gang member. Court documents say the entire attack was captured on video by the Black and Gold bar’s surveillance video, and that Hoener struck one of the victims in the head with the hammer at full force at least eight times.

A Boone County circuit judge has ordered that Hoener be jailed without bond, once he’s captured.
