Boone County commissioners say they intend to ensure no disruption for the thousands of seniors who already participate in the program. Former State Rep. Cheri Toalson Reisch (R-Hallsville) pushed the ballot measure, telling 939 the Eagle that this is a full freeze to include bond levies.
