Retail pharmacies join the coronavirus vaccination push, starting Friday.
The list of participating pharmacies includes many area Walmarts, and the Sam’s Club in Columbia. Check with those pharmacies to see if you are eligible.
This week’s National Guard mass vaccination events in the Mid-Missouri and North Central Missouri regions (MSHP Troops F and B) are postponed because of the weather.
A 73rd Boone County resident has died from COVID-19, health officials confirmed Wednesday. But there were just 28 new positives, and active cases keep going down, to 263. Hospitalizations went down to 50, and are not straining resources.
Cole (14 positives) and Callaway (2 positives) counties both had small case increases. Callaway County is down to 177 active cases.
