Wanted man surrenders after armed Moberly standoff

A wanted Randolph County man surrenders after a weekend standoff.

Police say Shon Diegan barricaded himself in to a garage on Morehead Street with a gun on Saturday. Officers safely talked him out about three hours later.

Diegan was taken to jail. He already had active warrants.
