Fulton Police send some porch pirates to the brig.
The victim told investigators she ordered a TV and had it delivered to her Callaway Village apartment in Fulton. It was reported stolen from the victim’s breezeway on Nov. 27.
That TV allegedly turned up in a nearby apartment with Sarena Wilkerson and Karisten Royal. They were arrested, and the TV was given to the person who bought it.
