(Missourinet) The Missouri Supreme Court is hearing arguments Tuesday from Craig Wood’s attorneys.
Wood is the man sentenced to death after kidnapping and killing 10-year-old Hailey Owens in Springfield in 2014.
His attorneys argue a judge should not have been allowed to impose the death sentence, after a jury deadlocked on punishment.
