A Fulton man is dead after his girlfriend accidentally shot him Thursday night.
Kalesha Peterson is facing unlawful use of a weapon and second-degree murder charges after the alleged incident.
Peterson called 911 and told police she and her boyfriend David Dalton were drinking and watching a movie at her house.
They apparently tried to act out a scene in the movie they were watching that involved a gun when the accident happened.
