Arrest made after Columbia gunshots

Columbia police make an arrest after a gunshot near the I-70 connector.

Investigators say they found a spent shell casing at about 11 p.m. Wednesday on Eastwood Drive just north of Clark Lane. No one was hurt, and nothing was damaged.

Keith Shields, 48, was arrested on felony charges.
