Former Mizzou basketball star Laurence Bowers played here from 2008-2013, and his class won an amazing 107 games. He and another former Tiger star, DeMarre Carroll, have organized tomorrow’s (Saturday) Bowers/Carroll alumni game at Mizzou Arena. Doors open at 11:30 am, and tipoff is set for 1. Admission is a cash donation, with all proceeds benefiting United Community Builders and the Carroll Family Foundation. They’ve brought in numerous big-name former Mizzou basketball and football players to participate. Mr. Bowers joined us live on “Wake Up Columbia”:
