Boone County Clerk looks to delay April election

The April election might be moved to June 2nd.

Boone County Clerk Brianna Lennon announced Tuesday that she is joining a 45 county effort to delay Missouri’s municipal elections.

Lennon and other officials in the Western District of Missouri are asking the appellate court to move the April 7^th election.

In the meantime, the clerks office will continue to prepare for an April election.
