Columbia City Council to hold second budget hearing Tuesday

Budget talks continue for the Columbia city council on Tuesday night.

Members are holding the second of three public hearings for the $485 million spending plan that takes effect on Oct. 1.

One topic they’ll discuss is whether to start charging three dollars a day to park in the main lot at Columbia Regional Airport. That money would go toward the city’s public transit system.
