Columbia’s city manager will discuss his role as city manager and the issue of public safety during his presentation Friday to the Columbia Pachyderms at Dickey’s BBQ Pit on Forum Boulevard.
City spokesman Christopher Ave tells 939 the Eagle that Columbia city manager De’Carlon Seewood will discuss his own professional background and will talk about the role of the city manager. Ave says Mr. Seewood will also discuss some of the city’s pressing issues, including public safety. August’s Proposition One will likely come up too.
Today’s presentation begins at noon at Dickey’s and is open to the public. Lunch is optional for audience members.
