A motor scooter rider is badly hurt in a north Columbia crash.
The Highway Patrol says Shawn Sims lost control and wrecked at about 10:30 p.m. Monday on Range Line north of the Brown School Road intersection, close to Harvester Road.
Sims, 41, went to a hospital with serious injuries.
