Columbia police are investigating an assault at McDonalds on Stadium Boulevard.
ABC 17 reports it happened on Monday morning at 3 a.m.
Officers said two men struck an employee with a gun.
Police are currently waiting to review security footage of the incident.
No word yet on if anyone was arrested.
