Columbia’s three public works director finalists to meet with public

You have an opportunity this (Thursday) afternoon to meet the three finalists for the Columbia public works director position.

The three finalists are Eric Stevens, Springfield assistant public works director Martin Gugel and Shane Creech, who’s been at Columbia Public Works for 14 years. Mr. Stevens has 25 years of experience and has worked for the Army Corps of Engineers.

Today’s meet-and-greet is from 5:30 to 6:30 at the REDI hub on Walnut in downtown Columbia.
