Fulton woman seriously hurt in I-70 crash

A Fulton woman is in serious condition after a crash on I-70 near the Missouri River Bridge at Rocheport.

According to Highway Patrol crash reports, Matthew Glaser, 50, and Tenia Briseno, 59, were driving in congested traffic due to some construction on I-70 near the 113.6 mile marker.

Glaser came to a stop, and when Briseno tried to slow, she slid into his bumper.

Elta Johnson, 81, was an occupant in Briseno’s car. She got serious injuries and was not wearing a seat belt, according to the report. She was taken to University Hospital.

Troopers reported Glaser and Briseno did not have any injuries.
