We know the name now of the motorcyclist who got in a crash with a Columbia police SUV.
Investigators say Skyler Dingwell tried to pass someone else in a no-pass zone on Brown Station Road Tuesday night. He slammed head-on into the CPD vehicle going the other way and was ejected.
The 25-year-old Centralia native has serious injuries. Officer Brandon Baden has minor injuries.
