Jefferson City medical marijuana dispensaries won’t be popping up in your neighborhood.
The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to only allow the businesses in areas already zoned for similar operations.
The Commission also approved following state guidelines barring the dispensaries from being within 1,000 feet of a school, church or day care.
