The Jim Butler Auto Group plans to hire 50 new employees at its Centralia facility, after its purchase of two Auffenberg dealerships in nearby Mexico.

Both of the dealerships have been relocated to Centralia. For now, the Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships are operating in a temporary facility, next to Jim Butler Centralia Chevrolet.

Jim Butler has started work on a $3-million project, which will include new showrooms and a state-of-the-art service expansion. They plan to hire about 50 new employees for sales, business development, service and administrative positions.

The company announced the plans in its newsletter.
