Mizzou, City of Columbia relax mask requirements Tuesday

Several places in Boone County are relaxing mask requirements this week.

Starting Tuesday, Mizzou no longer will require masks to be worn indoors. The City of Columbia is also lifting its mask requirement inside city government buildings Tuesday. Columbia Public Schools will make the same rule change this Friday.

Nearly 42 percent of the state population has received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine. In Boone County, the percentage is more than 48 percent.
