Mo. Supreme Court to let local courts decide on proceedings

(Missourinet) The Supreme Court of Missouri has extended through April 17 its statewide suspension of most in-person proceedings.

The state’s top justices already canceled their own in-person oral arguments scheduled in April, but the cases can still be considered. The courts can still consider or rule on any matter that does not require an in-person proceeding.

The ruling does not change deadlines required through Missouri’s electronic filing system.

The Supreme Court has left it to local courts to conduct business with precautions. You can find out about your local court’s activities at courts.mo.gov.
