Moberly standoff ends with arrest

A standoff ends with Moberly police arresting a wanted man.

Officers say they learned Chris Smith was at the Allendale Manor Housing Complex on Kennedy Drive on Monday night. He allegedly stuck furniture in front of the doors to barricade himself inside once officers showed up.

The cops say they finally were able to force their way in the front door and arrest Smith. He was wanted on a felony burglary charge and more.
