Columbia council approves Route H relocation

The Columbia City Council on Monday night approved a $3.2 million road project near the airport.

Route H needs to shift northeast to make room for an expansion of the main runway at Columbia Regional.

The federal government will pay for 90 percent of the project. Construction starts this summer.
