Office of Administration employee tests positive for COVID-19

A state employee has been tested positive for COVID-19.

ABC 17 reports The Office of Administration sent out an email to staff members at the Truman Building.

Commissioner Sarah Steelman said the suite where the employee worked was closed and being sanitized and all workers in the office are working remotely.

Steelman added the worker has not been in the office since March 13^th.

This brings the total cases in Cole County to at least three.
