MUPD says it has found the man reported missing Wednesday afternoon near University Hospital in Columbia.
Jeffery Bloomquist had apparently left a van that was preparing to take him from an MU Health Care facility to a nursing home in Moberly.
Police had said the 43-year-old should be considered dangerous. No injuries reported.
