You might have noticed the work that’s underway to rebuild Jefferson City’s Special Olympics Training center.
Susan Stegeman says the May tornado really did a number on the building.
“The roof kind of lifted on the rest of the part that didn’t have holes.”
Stegeman says they should be up and running by next spring. They’re working with the original contractor to do the repairs. Insurance will cover the cost of the work.
