Trump calls for replacement of Affordable Care Act

(AP) – The Affordable Care Act, better known as “Obamacare,” is being revisited as a potent political issue.

President Donald Trump is calling on Republican lawmakers to replace it, and his administration is asking a federal court to strike down the entire law.

Democrats see health care as a winning issue with voters and as a chance to flip the page on the special counsel’s Russia report, which turned out to be favorable to Trump.
