Columbia voters will cast ballots in November on a one-eighth cent park sales tax extension. Earlier this month, supporters of the proposal appeared on “Wake Up Columbia.” While there is no organized opposition to the measure, Columbia resident Steve Spellman is opposed to it. Spellman joined “Wake Up Columbia” this morning:
