Columbia city manager John Glascock will be retiring on January 14. Mr. Glascock made a live appearance this morning on 939 the Eagle’s “Wake Up Columbia,” where he talked about his career. He also addressed recent downtown shootings, overtime costs for CPD officers, trash issues and safety on Blackfoot road:
