State Rep. Mike Haffner (R-Pleasant Hill) joined “Wake Up Columbia” live this morning to reflect on the 20-year 9-11 anniversary. He’s a highly decorated Naval officer who was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and five Strike Flight Air Medals, while in the Navy. He also led combat air patrols over New York City, immediately after 9-11:
