The Columbia City Council welcomes a new member on Monday night.
Andrea Waner replaces Mike Trapp out of Ward 2. Trapp did not seek re-election. Betsy Peters also officially starts another three-year term.
The new-look council votes Monday night on whether to allow Columbia restaurants to temporarily use parking spots for extra seating.
