One of the people connected to the shooting of a 15-year-old in north Columbia in 2017 is going to prison for a decade.
Johnny Hurd on Monday pleaded guilty to assault, robbery and stealing, and got a ten-year sentence.
Hurd was 18 years old when he and two others were arrested for shooting a teenage boy on Parks Edge Place near Oakland Gravel and Blue Ridge in August 2017. Police say they were buying marijuana from the victim.
He is innocent it’s sad that he’s in present for something he didn’t do!
