Columbia’s city council will hear a complaint Monday night about safety issues on northwest Columbia’s Blackfoot road, which is near LA Nickell golf course.
Resident Walter Minner tells 939 the Eagle that dump trucks from a nearby quarry are too big for Blackfoot road, and have come across the road’s yellow line.
Mr. Minner will address the council about dump trucks traveling to and from the quarry. He says Blackfoot road wasn’t built for dump trucks, and wants the council to take action before a crash happens.
The council meets tonight at 7.
