Fulton man accused of trespassing, meth possession

A Fulton man is now looking at trespassing and meth charges.

Officers say they warned Tyler Leeper not to go on an elderly woman’s property on East 14^th Street on Monday afternoon. An hour later, he allegedly did it anyway.

Officers say they found a bag of meth on Leeper, 30, during the trespassing arrest.
