Grocery stores in Mid-Missouri and across the U.S. are implementing stricter guidelines to further promote social distancing efforts.
ABC 17 reports that Wal-Mart will only use one entrance, starting Saturday.
Hy-Vee is also making changes. In the near future the chain will install temporary window panels at cash registers, establish one way traffic in aisles and strictly enforce one-person-per-cart rule to stop family members from shopping together.
Target will also start to limit the number of people in their store.
