We know the name now of the person who died in a Fulton shooting last weekend. Thomas Payne was 23 years old.
Police found Payne with a gunshot wound in a home on Jefferson Street early Saturday morning. Detectives say the person who lives in the home shot Payne when Payne went in.
That shooter is not facing criminal charges right now, but authorities are still investigating what happened.
What is going on about this investigation? Haven’t heard anything. If the man opened his door and let him in he should be charged.
