The family of a man fatally shot at a Columbia Waffle House on New Year’s Day 2018 has agreed to a settlement.
ABC 17 reports attorneys for members of Anthony Warren’s family filed the proposed deal last week with the restaurant and the security guard who shot Warren.
Robert Moses was breaking up a fight between two men at the restaurant, then was hit by something from behind. He then turned around and shot Warren, who was uninvolved.
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
